Walt is a Naturopathic Doctor at both of our locations. He has been a student of Naturopathy for the past ten years. Having spent many years in the food industry, he is comfortable helping people modify their diets and learn about the hidden dangers in the food they eat. In any wellness program, one must start with the basics of quality water, food, and exercise. He believes that exercise is an essential component that is often missing from many individual's wellness programs and an important part of achieving a balanced life.
Patty Douglas BSN, RN, CCT
Patty is our clinic nurse and lab supervisor at HBC. Patty has been in nursing for over 30 years with prior experience in oncology, home health, drug and alcohol rehab, long term care, staff development and infection control. Patty is a certified clinical thermographer (CCT) with a special interest in educating women on ways to improve breast health. This includes the benefits of thermography or digital infrared thermal imaging for women. Vascular and temperature pattern changes in the breasts can be monitored and results can be useful for helping women to make beneficial life style changes that can lower their risk for breast health problems. Thermography is non invasive, painless, involves no radiation, and is FDA registered. Thermography is also beneficial for monitoring certain cardiac/circulation issues, nerve dysfunction, gastrointestinal problems and chronic pain issues.
Paula Himes SMC
Paula is a Stress Management Counselor, Reiki Practitioner, and Client Services Coordinator at Health By Choice in New Enterprise and Manheim. Her interests include Emotional Healing, Dream Analysis and Mind Body Spirit Wellness. She is also the facilitator of the Results Therapy.
Steve McNeal DC
Dr. McNeal has over 20 years experience and has expanded his current practice at McNeal Family Chiropractic, Ebensburg, PA to this second location to provide current and new patients with more opportunities to maintain healthy lifestyles, treat injuries & help speed up their recovery.
